Who We Are
Founded in Miami, Florida, in 2018 by Mariano Carpintero Aras, we set out to redefine real estate investing by integrating innovative software solutions and assembling top-tier teams in the field. Our dedicated group of real estate professionals, property managers, and investment analysts work relentlessly to make exclusive investment opportunities accessible to investors through our cutting-edge investment platform.
Many investors aspire to benefit from the lucrative world of real estate. However, as a high-income earner, I found limited alternatives to the traditional avenues of building company stock investments or REIT-ETFs. That's why we created a model that bridges this gap, making rare and high-potential real estate investments accessible to individuals seeking a more dynamic way to grow their portfolios.
As the General Partner in our projects, we invest alongside our Limited Partners, putting our own money to work with our investors. This alignment of interests demonstrates our commitment to the success of every project and ensures our investors that we are fully dedicated to delivering strong results.
Our approach ensures complete transparency in managing financials, including loan draws, cost verifications, vendor payments, 1099 and K-1 tax forms, and investor distributions. We provide a stable legal ownership structure while keeping investors informed with regular updates throughout the process.
